They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

LATE CANCELLATIONS
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know.

LATE ARRIVALS & NO SHOWS
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will be added to the walk-in line. If you are late on a regular basis and don't show up to your scheduled appointments, you will no longer be able to book.
